Registration - Rehabilitación de la Mano Quemada: Manejo de Deformidades Común Posterior a la Quemadura (Mayo 2024)

Registration date: April 1-April 25, 2024 (or until number of places are full). 

Date of course: May 1-May 31, 2024.

Registration fee: NT$2,000. 

• Early bird individual registration: NT$1,800 when you complete online registration and payment before April 10*.
• Group registration: You can benefit from the group registration fee of NT$1,500 per person for groups of three people or more.

Registration process:

Registration:

• Complete the online registration form. Please ensure that you carefully read all conditions regarding payment, refund and course approval criteria.
• For group registration, be sure to include the correct names and emails of everyone in the group.
• After completing the registration form, you will receive an email with details on how to make the online payment. Please check your email, but also your spam folder.

Payment online:

• Payment must be made through Paypal by April 25, 2024. If payment is not received by April 25, your registration will be cancelled.
• When making payment, be sure to fill out all necessary information, including your full name and email.
• To benefit from the discount for individual early registration: Be sure to make payment online by April 10*.
• To benefit from the discount for group registration: The group discounted price (NT$1,500/person) is only valid for group registration of three people or more. Payment of the group registration fee must be made in a single payment, by a single person.
• Your credit card issuer will calculate your payment in your local currency based on the exchange rate on the date the transaction is processed. Your credit card issuer also charges fees for foreign transactions.

Registration confirmation:

• After we have received payment, we will send a confirmation email with details on how to access the course on our E-Learning platform starting May 1, 2024.

Refund:

• We do not accept refund or credit requests for this course. 
• If for some reason you have registered but are unable to participate in the training, you can request by email to training@sunshine.org.tw before April 25 to transfer your registration to another person.
