Registration - Helping Burn Patients Cope with Post-Burn Body Image Issues

Registration date: May 18 to June 12, 2026, or until full.

Participant Limit: Maximum 30 participants. Registration will close earlier if this limit is reached.

Submitting this registration form does not guarantee enrollment in the course. After the registration period closes, we will review all applications and select participants based on the course criteria.

We will send an email confirmation on or after June 12 to inform you if you are successfully enrolled in the course (or if you cannot be enrolled/are on a waitlist).
